For Applicants

The Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program supports basic/biomedical, clinical, dental, nursing, and health services/epidemiology research.   The information requested in the application process is essential for screening as well as for interviewing applicants.

An application to the AMFDP consists of the completion of the online process through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Application and Review system (found through a link at MyRWJF).

Click for a view of the MFD24 Application Preview.  This is for information purposes only — it is not possible to submit an application from this link.

See the 2024 Call for Applications.

You will first need to register at MyRWJF.  While it is necessary to create a user ID and password, you may retain these for all future applications. At MyRWJF you may sign up for and manage free e-mail subscriptions and alerts, review active calls for proposals and news releases, participate in the RWJF Community using blogs and message boards, and apply for funding through the AMFDP or another program.

The National Advisory Committee will consider applications only when they are complete. Therefore, you should start the process as soon as you decide to apply.
