Publications and Media Assistance
We appreciate receiving copies of publications stemming from your research under this grant. This helps keep us up-to-date on your activities, and can also be of assistance when and if you need a letter of reference. You should also send publications to the RWJF’s Communications department. Although you should acknowledge the support of the RWJF and the AMFDP, there is no specific language required for this.
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation makes available resources to help you define your message when interacting with the media and presenting your research findings. Please contact the NPO as early as possible to schedule a time to speak with media specialists.
If you need to cite the Foundation’s support for your project or publication, you can find the RWJF’s guidelines here: https://www.rwjf.org/communicationstoolbox/communications-resources/rwjf-name-and-logo-use-guidelines.html See #2 and #3 at the bottom of the page. Here is the text to use:
“Support for this <project, Web site, publication, conference, etc.> was provided by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s <insert program name> program.”
or
“<Jane Doe> is a 20XX Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program Scholar.”
If you are an awardee under a partnership program, you should acknowledge the funding organization.
